Behavioral Aspects of Economic Relations, Organizations and Marketing Within the Russian Federation

Tato diplomová práce pojednává o politických, ekonomických a především sociálně-kulturních aspektech, které mají vliv na mezinárodní obchod, organizace a marketing týkající se Ruské federace, jež jsou dány do kontextu zejména s Českou republikou (eventuálně jinými relevantními státy). Cílem mé práce je nalézt překážky v obchodu s Ruskou federací a způsob jakým je možné je překonat. Důraz primárního výzkumu mé práce bude kladen na interkulturní složku, konkrétně na rozdíly v organizačním chování a chování spotřebitele. Zaměřím se na specifický profil potenciálních účastníků v oblastech marketingu a obchodu. Zohledním také znalosti z nashromážděných dat o politicko-ekonomickém prostředí zemí. Použitím vybrané metodologie rozšířím teoretické podklady a sekundární výzkum o nové poznatky a v širším kontextu vyvodím závěry a návrhy pro optimalizaci bariér, kterým firmy jsou rozšiřující pole působnosti do Ruska vystaveny a jimž mohou čelit.
Creation of Marketing Campaign According to Consumer Nationality

This thesis deals with cultural differences and creation of marketing campaign according to the nationality of the consumer. The theoretical part discusses the principles of marketing campaign, intercultural marketing and cultural diversity. Two researches will be carried out in this work: the first research aims to determine whether advertising enters into a stylish and cultural conflict with the social environment, the second research aims to make recommendations for creating marketing campaigns for selected countries based on secondary data.
The Cultural Conditionality of Walt Disney Animation Studios Film Posters

The bachelor's thesis Cultural Conditionality of Walt Disney Animation Stuidos Film Posters uses the method of quantitative content analysis to examine the changes in Disney film posters that occur depending on the target market. The analysis is based on theoretical culture division models and theories, including the dimensional model of Geert Hofstede and the context theory of Edward Hall. Eighteen territorially different national cultures were included in the research. Chosen time range covers poster mutations to seven feature films of the animation studio from year 2014. Monitored differences were the prevalence of individualistic/collectivist appeals, preferences for masculine/feminine portrayal of characters, the frequency of occurance of textual information and the adjustment of the language. The results indicated adjustments to the cultural values within the first monitored area, a significant influence of the main motifs of the films on the total number of characters present in the poster and on the way they are portrayed. The predominance of feminine portrayal was observed in male figures, and feministic in female figures. The occurrence of textual information did not depend on cultural preferences. Using of colours in marketing communication based on their perception in different cultures

Bachelor thesis is devoted to intercultural marketing in the connection with colour perception in different cultures. The main goal of the thesis is to reveal, whether brands work with colour schemes on their websited according to the perception of colours in different cultures. The first part of the thesis theoreticaly anchors the concept and definition of culture, where i tis focused on its aspects, asquisition or development. This part is followed by the chapter focused on intercultural marketing, which primarily describes the proces of the company's expansion into a new market. A great part of thesis is devoted to the theory of colours, their properties and, given by the aim of the work, also to how the colours are perceived in different parts of the world and what associations they evoke. In the practical part, the method of qualitative content analysis examines whether the colour palette of companies differs in different countries and if so, whether they differ in accordance with the perception of colours in these countries. Intercultural Aspects of Airline Marketing

This bachelor thesis deals with the intercultural aspects of airline marketing and their consequences for airline marketing communication. The aim of this thesis to identify the trends in global approaches to marketing communication of airlines, that is whether airlines apply standardised marketing communication strategies or whether they adapt their marketing communication according to the local cultural aspects of the target market. The first part of this thesis provides a theoretical basis for understanding the specifics of airline marketing communication. The second part identifies the trends in global approaches to airline marketing communication by a review of literature, specific examples and a survey conducted among airlines. The final part of this thesis analyses approach to airline global marketing communication in detail by a case study of Korean Air. Korean Air's approach to marketing communication is also evaluated and recommendation is made.
Šprechtíme campaign in years 2011-2012

This thesis deals with a description and analysis of communication activities, which took place during the Šprechtíme campaign in years 2011 - 2012. Campaign has been carried out by the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany together with the Embassy of Austria and other partners. The purpose of the campaign is to support the teaching of German language in the Czech Republic. The main advantage of knowledge of the language, according to Embassies, is a possibility to easily get a job, because the German and Austrian companies in the Czech Republic created nearly 125,000 jobs. Furthermore, it is easier to communicate on vacation in the Alps. Mapping communication activities is accompanied by partial evaluations, further evaluation of the campaign as a whole. The last part is devoted to the recommendation of the author, which activities should be changed or strengthened.
Communication Activities of the Austrian Cultural Forum in Prague for the Period June 2010 - May 2011

The Communication Activities of the Austrian Cultural Forum in Prague from June 2010 to May 2011 bachelor thesis presents the cultural non-profit organization and its activities, briefly describes its history, operation and organizational framework, including finances. The thesis addresses marketing communication emphasising cross- cultural and institutional aspects. The aim of this work is to observe which activities of the Austrian Cultural Forum in Prague (OKF) contribute to providing a complex picture of Austria and its culture in the Czech Republic and how these activities are presented. Based on one year's observations, description and analysis using literature criteria the thesis outlines communication strategy, marketing mix and communication tools. The practical section assesses the overall promotion in regard to creating Austrian Cultural Forum's image and targeting particular interest groups. Furthermore, there is a summary of last year's events, major events' analysis or a list of cooperation examples and assessment of influential names associated with the events.
